Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant servers. The bellman even escorted a pizza delivery person to and from my room. The hotel is located in a great area, near an upscale shopping mall with restaurants and a grocery store. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of fresh fruits, Mexican dishes, and an omelette station.

The construction around the hotel made it difficult to access. The service at the front desk was rude and unhelpful.
